I found the staff friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions and provided excellent recommendations! The room was quite spacious. All clean and well kept. Breakfast had lots of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The hallway carpet had a small stain near the elevator.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

helpful staff clean room modern design convenient location

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, VERY clean, and comfortable. I especially liked the modern design. Breakfast had many options, including fresh pastries and fruit. I found the location convenient, close to public transportation. I requested a quiet room and I received one, thank you!

The elevator was a bit slow at peak times, but this was a minor inconvenience.

i appreciated the easy access to the yser metro station. the location made exploring the city very simple. i found a supermarket very close to the hotel (a lifesaver for snacks!).

the street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy due to traffic.

check in was quick i got a room on the backside upon request. the room was very clean it was also pleasant. wifi worked very well.
